One of the most important features of operating systems is the shortcuts that were originally developed to work and get things done faster and aims to improve the experience of use most of these shortcuts are accessible to everyone but we find that most users are not aware of these shortcuts so we will get to know in that post an important set of shortcuts in Windows 10.
F2
The shortcut is used to rename the file of any type, instead of clicking on the right mouse button and then selecting the "Rename" option from the list. All you have to do is select the file and press the F2 button and rename the file as you want.
Win + T
To quickly switch between all icons on the taskbar.
Win + Home
If you use a large number of open windows, press the Win + Home keyboard shortcut to reduce all applications except the page that focuses you and make a "minimize" of the rest.
CTRL + drag the file
If you want to quickly copy a file from one folder to another, press and hold the Ctrl key and drag the files from the source to the destination you want to copy to so that the files are copied in the easiest possible way.
Shift + drag the file
If you want to move a file from one place to another, hold down the Shift button and drag files or folders from to the place you want where this action will transfer the files easily.
ALT + with dragging the file
Used to create a shortcut shortcut to a file or folder.
ALT + Space
When pressing Alt + spacebar or the ruler, or known as Space, the system menu of miniaturization, zooming, closing, and so on will appear.
CTRL + F5
Using this shortcut the browser will clear the cache of the open webpage and request a new copy from the server to solve the slow browsing.
ALT + double click on the file
When pressing Alt + double-click on any file or folder the properties window like size, permissions, etc. will open.
Shift + click on the app in the taskbar
It is used to open more than one window for the same application by holding down the Shift key and then clicking on the application icon in the taskbar and this action will open another version of the application that supports it.
CTRL + Shift + right click on the taskbar
Restarting the file browser is the best solution to the problem of not responding to it and you can do so by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + right mouse buttons on the taskbar and then select the last option "Exit the Explorer" and from the task manager you can restart the explorer again.
CTRL + double click
If you want to open a folder in a new window in the Windows browser, you only need to use the Ctrl + double click button or select the file and press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Enter.
