It's educational software for data science and machine learning developers created by Microsoft to learn how to build software in Python, and it's one of the most popular and varied programming languages today.
That's right, Microsoft released two beginners to Python in the form of two three-hour courses on YouTube, as well as the 44-bit Python series for beginners released last fall available at this link:

In this case, they are courses for programmers with a basic level, and the course consists of 20 videos, each of 2 minutes and 15 minutes each.
The new series was introduced by Christopher Harrison, Senior Program Director at Microsoft, and Susan Ipach, Director of Business Development at the Artificial Intelligence Games Unit in Microsoft.
The goal is to help students build a toolkit to enter the world of data science and machine learning with Python, with instructions on how to use Python and related tools within the Azure Cloud.
