She also indicated that it is distinguished by its ability to browse any website the user is searching for, provided that the cost is limited to only the daily balance of the limited free data provided by all mobile networks around the world.

The Facebook company stressed that the use of the Discover application will never require the user to create his own account via the social networking platform Facebook, and not only that, but the company will not keep the data of each user or the addresses of websites visited, which means that the ads It will not target users in any way.

She also added that this new application will help all people around the world spend more time on the Internet, as many people suffer from the inability to browse the Internet again if their data balance runs out regardless of the identity of the mobile network being used.

The Facebook company explained that the Discover application will not allow the user to browse the video sites, whether direct or recorded, for example, because such sites consume very high data above the maximum free rate offered by mobile phone companies on a daily basis.

It is noteworthy that that application is still under testing until this moment, as it was used only within the State of Peru in the continent of South America, to be expanded and used in several countries in the continent of Asia during the next few weeks
