The launch of the first cheap gaming phone, Nubia Play

Gaming smartphones are not a new thing in 2020, we've seen this type of device for several years since Razr decided to launch what was ranked as the world's first gaming smartphone.

Consequently, brands like ASUS or Xiaomi have also jumped to the ring, and Lenovo is expected to launch this year its first Legion smartphone for this segment, but with that arriving, Nubia (ZTE's sub-brand) launched its first mid-game gaming phone.
If we look at the PC market, gaming PCs bring out their amazing power, and in the smartphone market things aren't quite different, however, Nubia Play has the necessary elements and specifications to enter this specific market.

Yes, the processor is not the most powerful in 2020, but it is one of the best midrange phone processors, in fact, the Snapdragon 765G that this phone works on should be close to the performance of Snapdragon 835. Therefore, it should be able to handle any game.
But the things that make this device interesting are its AMOLED screen with 144Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch inputs, two elements that ensure fluency needed to get the most out of mobile games.

The phone will have up to 8 GB of RAM and will come with 256 GB of internal memory.
Regarding the battery, it contained 5100 mAh, with 30W fast charging technology, in addition to a liquid cooling system to ensure that the phone does not overheat when playing.
Perhaps the design is the least thing in the phone, because it does not come with prominent colors or neon lights somewhere, but we cannot say that the phone is intended for players only because of the design.
For the time being, Nubia Play will start selling exclusively in China from next Friday, April 24. And its price will start at 2399 yuan, equivalent to about $ 334.
