To fulfill our mission, we need to install two applications, one on the phone and the other on the computer. The good news is that these apps are developed by Microsoft, and they are completely free, as they are currently running on Windows and Android only.
The first thing you need to do is make sure that you have the latest version of Windows 10, then you should download the Your Phone app in the Microsoft Computer Store, as well as the app from Google Play for your phone.
Once you install both applications, you must log in with your Microsoft account and follow the steps on the screen on your computer and on your phone so that both devices can log in and link them correctly.
When both programs have finished configuring, you will have to go to the calls section of Your Phone app on your computer, activate bluetooth on your smartphone and computer and wait to see the PIN code that will be used to connect the two devices.
After your phone and your PC are properly connected, you will be able to make calls from your PC without internet connection, because thanks to Bluetooth your PC works like kinds of phones.
Now, go to the "Calls" tab and try to type the name of the contact, or type the phone number you want to call. Once you press the call key, the call will be connected from your cell phone, but you can speak on the computer.
If you receive a call, you will also receive a notification from the person who called you, and you can answer without problems on your computer.
